Dreaming of you Valentines Card

I love this card!! I received the My Scrap Chick cut file "Waiting for Santa" after Christmas, I got it free because they used one of my cards on their webpage and in their newsletter (very exciting!) I just loved the sleeping little boy and girl in the big chair so I decided to do a dreaming of you card. I used the Little boy from the "waiting for Santa" My Scrap Chick cut file, I substituted the heart in his hand for the stocking that comes with the file, I used a Joy's Life stamp from the "Mother & Daughter" Stamp set. The dream bubble is from SCAL (Sure Cuts A Lot) built in shape library, the talk bubbles section. I used my Cri-Kits pens to write the "dreaming of you" then cut it out, the little kitty's dream bubble is the same one resized smaller and I used a Font and the Cri-kits pens to draw the fish. I really think this is a super cute card!!

Breaking News!!!

Here are Joy's newest stamps! I am so excited, I have so many ideas for these new stamps!! She also has a great package deal with the new stamps plus her Vinylology DVD. I very HIGHLY recommend her Vinylology DVD, I had been using vinyl in projects and thought I was proficient but after getting Joy's DVD, I am so much better and I use vinyl even more! This is the best "how-to" video I have seen!! Joy's Stamps are of the highest quality and they stamp beautifully, they are deeply etched and make clear concise stamped images. (nothing is worse than making a beautiful card and the sentiment stamp messing up, ruining the card) This never happens with Joy's stamps. Run over to Joy'sLife.com and place your pre-order, you will be so glad that you did! Tell her Tammy sent you!!

Super Joy's Life Design Team Day!!

I created this card with my two year old in mind, this is the card I am giving him for Valentine’s Day. I really think he will like it! I used two different Lettering Delights SVG sets, a heart punch and two different Joy’s Life Stamp Sets to create this card. The Dinosaur is Dino #5 from the LD SVG set “Dougs Dinos” and the volcano and tree are from the LD “Balloon Craze” SVG set, I substituted hearts for the circles on the tree and I cut the top off of the mountain to create the volcano. The grass is from an SVG in my collection but there are lots of carts with grass. I popped up the dino with popdots and the sentiment I created using several different stamps and my “tape method” to mask off what I do not want so I can use bits and pieces of stamp sets to give me more variety. I used the “Father & Son” Stamp Set for the You’re, Be and my and Dino-mite is from the  “Lots of Puns” stamp set. I also used a white gel pen to do some doodling for definition. Also, please forgive the bad photo, we had had nothing but rain and without sunshine it is very hard for me to get a good photo! I will try to do better!

Howdy Partner! Joy's Life Stamps

Howdy partner!!
I created this super cute “boy” birthday card using three cartridges and two different Joy’s Life Stamp sets. The Woody is from “Toy Story” cart, the fence is from “Old West” cart and the grass is from the Martha Stewart “seasonal Cakes” cart. The background is a piece of digi paper of a sky with clouds. The sentiment is two different stamps from Joy’s Life. The Howdy Partner is from the “Lots of Puns” stamp set and the Happy Birthday is from the “Father & Son” stamp set. I really like the way this card turned out and I know for sure that the little boy who will be receiving this card will LOVE it!!

Lettering Delights Handled Boxes

Both of these boxes are the same cut file from lettering Delights SVG File "Handled Boxes" the small one is as large as you can cut at 12x12 and the larger box is as large as you can get using 12x24. I am amazed at the size difference! The larger one is about the size of a Happy Meal box but a little more rectangular as opposed to square. The label on the smaller box is from the Lettering Delights SVG set "Delilah Tags" and the larger box label is a rosette with a scallop (cut with a punch) and the stamps are all from Joy's Life Stamps. The larger box stamp is from the "All Around Sentiments" Joy's Life Stamp Set and the "You rock" sentiment is from the "Fathers & Sons" Stamp Set. The paper I used on the 12x24 box is from a K & Company 12x24 paper stack I got on clearance at Michaels back in the summer.

Joy's Life Stamps Card and Gift Box

I created this gift box and card set using MTC and several svg files. The box was created using Lettering Delight’s “Handled Boxes” svg set. The label is from the Lettering Delights “Delilah Tags” svg set and the sentiment is from Joy’s Life “Father and Son Stamps” set. This box was cut as large as possible on a 12x12 sheet of card stock.
The matching card was created using matching papers, a Lettering Delights “Delilah Tags” tag, Joy’s Life “Mother and Daughter Stamps” set for the sentiment and the frame, I created using a few different svg files layered together. The card is 6x6 and I also added some ribbon, a button and some twine, the flower is from SVGcuts.com’s  3D Flowers and it is the Begonia.

SVGcuts.com Candy heart boxes

These heart boxes are created using the new SVGcuts.com "Candy Heart Boxes" svg set, it is super easy to cut and assemble. I started out with the blue boxes then made the red ones, since red is my favorite color and I liked them, then I got creative! I cut two more out of a yellow dot paper, cut a Wild Flower, inked the edges and added a few popdots to give it some dimension. Then I went to the second box and added some ribbon (I will tell you to use glue dots or ATG gun glue etc. because liquid glue will mar your ribbon as it did mine) then I added a scalloped circle then I used my infamous tape method to mask Joys Life "All Around Sentiments" stamp to just stamp the circle part of the stamp (I am planning to do a quick video showing my tape method) then I used another Joy's Life stamp from the "All Around Sentiments" stamp set. I love the way these two turned out and I also love the way it really makes this set from SVGcuts.com more versatile, I can use it for almost any occasion by decoration the box in different ways.

I also made two more of these boxes that I decorated for Valentines Day but not with the words included in the set, go over to Kricut Krazy to see them!

Hey Chickie Card

This card was created using Joy's Life's "Lots of Puns" Stamp set and My Scrap Chick's "Spring Faces" Collection. I inked the edges of all of the pieces, used Peachy Keen's PK-490 Everyday Character Assortment for the eyes, some chalk for the cheeks and my handy dandy white gel pen for some accents. I CuttlebugGed the flower and pop dotted it to the card. This is a super simple, super cute card!

Joy's Life Stamps

Woo Hoo, yesterday I received my stamps from Joy's Life (I am a new Design Team Member) and I just couldn't wait to get busy in the craft room. I also purchased a few new My Scrap Chick files during their 70% off Christmas Sale. I created two new cards, one for Valentine's Day and one for my Little One.
This card was created using the My Scrap Chick "JillieBean Valentine" Collection for the girl, the Lettering Delights "Delilah Tags" SVG set and the Joy's Life "Mother & Daughter" Stamp Set, The papers are PaperTrey Ink and Core-dinations Chocolate Box. The ribbon is from Hobby Lobby. The face is from Peachy Keens PK-480 "Christmas Character Face Assortment".

The card (I just think it is so super cute!!) was created using Joy's Life's "All Around Sentiments Stamps", and the cut files are My Scrap Chick's "Blissful Bugs" Collection (this is the caterpillar), The grass is from My Scrap Chick's "Harvest Bears" (from the fall scene) and the sun is from Cely at Creating in Carolina. The Face is from Peachy Keen PK-490 Everyday Faces, the Flower is Prima and the ribbon is from Norfolk Floral Wholesale. I hope you all enjoy my first cards of the new year!!
